Tot & Toddler Music Classes
Keep your little one busy and engaged while building the fundamentals of music making and early literacy! These 45 minute group classes are divided by age group from as early as 3 months to 7 years and run for 6 to 8 weeks at a time. Classes are hosted by talented musicians and instructors with music and programs geared to each specific age group. Classes use percussive musical instruments such as glockenspiels, shakers, claves, handbells, and so much more! Students also explore other musical items and sensory aids to promote movement, dance, and rhythm.
In each class, children will sing, move, play and hear new instruments and be introduced to the world of music through engaging activities. Our Music Adventures program introduces musical concepts, including pitch, rhythm, tempo, dynamics and musical form in fun, interactive classes. Suitable for children and their grownups with or without prior music class experience.
Our main area holds the perfect space for small group settings. Each parent is in charge of bringing their own blanket or yoga mat for the class.
Parent & Tot Music Classes (Ages 3 months-18 months)
Baby and me classes are a great way for parents, grandparents, or caregivers to bond with their child and introduce them to the many benefits of music through songs, instruments, and dance.
Our qualified music teachers will use a combination of instruments to promote learning and keep your child engaged while they learn new songs, play with instruments, develop fine motor skills, and meet new friends.
Toddler I Music Classes (Ages 18 months – 36 months)
These 45 minute group music classes run for 6 weeks at a time and promote movement to music, dance, and rhythm. In each class, children will sing, move, play and hear new instruments and be introduced to the world of music through engaging activities.
The program is filled with a variety of engaging music and sensory activities. Toddlers are to be accompanied by a supervising adult.
Toddler II Music Classes (Ages 3 years – 4 years)
These 45 minute group music classes run for 6 weeks at a time and promote music literacy, movement, dance, and rhythm. In each class, children will sing, move, play and hear new instruments and be introduced to the world of music through engaging activities.
The program introduces musical concepts, with materials folders and handouts for Toddler II. Suitable for children and their grownups with or without prior music class experience. Parents/Guardians accompany.

We are excited to offer these new tot and toddler classes, created by the talented team at Sonata Piano and Music Adventures! My son and I loved their classes when he was a tiny tot himself and we are excited to bring them to Leamington! You can follow the Sonata Music Adventures on Instagram and Youtube, so you can practice your favourite songs on the days we’re not together!
